Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships to the email. We ship worldwide, and prices differ by the package size and area we are sending to. The shipping prices are stated on the product page and the checkout. A courier sends the goods with a signed-for delivery.

Unless specified at checkout, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before buying. We ship our stock from Europe. Customs fees are usually charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We don't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. Please make sure your mailing and shipping address are correct before sending payment.
We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, and you do not need what you thought, or something doesn't fit. That is not a problem; here at Killer Custom, we always do our best to satisfy our customers' return requests. We accept returns and will refund you in full (except a -10% restocking fee if the part is not damaged and fits well) if you are dissatisfied with your item(s) as long as you have kept the item the same. Once the item is altered, you void the return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons or by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing but only after receiving the goods to the consignee.
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at email@example.com. We do not refund Gift cards.
If your order has yet to arrive, let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the valid address, it must be at your cost. If the shipping address is correct, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
